Getting back in shape

I have ridden my bicycle to work everyday this week so far. It has felt good to be active despite the 100+ degree days. Hopefully I can find the motivation to keep it up next week to. It is a little challenging at times simply because it would be nice to be out on my motorcycle. I am hoping to get plenty of moto in this weekend and maybe a little off road action. So far I have lost about three pounds this week thanks to all the bicycle riding.
