Arkansas Street Ride

I will add details later. For now, here are all the photos from our adventure. We left on Friday after work and headed down to camp at Mulberry Mountain Campground, on highway 23 (Pig Trail) in Arkansas. Two of our group was already there when we arrived with camp all set up. Saturday was an assortment of the finest roads Arkansas has to offer. On both Saturday and Sunday we did a little under 275 miles each day. The trip was uneventful, excluding one loose battery connection, and it was a great time. We met some new people and had an amazing ride. We ended up getting home at about 1:30am Monday morning. It made for a rough Monday but it was more than worth it.

New Feature for Google Maps for Android

Some people may have noticed but for those who haven't, google maps released an update recently. No surprise there. However, under "My Places" in the "offline" section you can now download large map segments to your device to use when you know you will not have service. This could be old news to some of you but I figure there are at least a few of us who may have missed this new feature. It was actually a few updates back when it first appeared but it did not function properly on my Sprint Evo. They used to limit you significantly and although there are still limits, they cover a much larger area that I found much more user friendly.
